1Introduction

This Privacy Policy describes how Dayaa (the "App"), developed by AlshamlApps, collects and uses your information. Dayaa is a digital social experiment designed to highlight the value of time spent behind screens while enabling friendly competition.

2Data Collection & Usage

To provide a competitive and social experience (leaderboard and Country Wars features), we collect limited data through Google Firebase Firestore. We do not ask for real names, email addresses, or contact details—only minimal, non-identifying data needed to keep the competition fair:

  • •Nickname: A name you choose that is displayed on the public leaderboard.
  • •Device ID: A unique, non-identifying identifier used to prevent duplicate entries and maintain one record per user.
  • •Time Records: The total time you spend in the challenge.
  • •Country Code: Automatically detected to link your score to your country for the Country Wars feature.

3Third-Party Services

We use the following services to enhance the app experience:

  • •Google Firebase: For secure storage and real-time syncing of the leaderboard.
  • •IP-based geolocation (ipapi.co): To determine the user's country code for local competition.

4Data Retention and Deletion

Leaderboard data is retained while the app remains active. You have the right to request deletion of your data at any time.

You can contact us via the email provided in the app listing to request manual deletion.

5Children's Privacy

Dayaa is designed for a general audience. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13.

We encourage users to choose nicknames that do not reveal their real identity.

6Security

We implement industry-standard security protocols provided by Google Firebase to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure.

7User Rights

You have the right to:
